Help me make a new soul.md from an RP character definition without using any hosted service — fetch the card2soul binary or build it from source yourself (see https://github.com/svuvi/card-to-soul), read the self-hosted section of https://github.com/svuvi/card-to-soul/blob/main/site/instruction.md, and tell me what I need to do on my side first.
